We are a non-profit, non-commercial environmental group which was set up as part of the White Arrow Spiritualist Church. Ann Walker & White Arrow wrote
a report which inspired our creation and the direction of our campaign. Our initial aim was to save the tropical rainforests with an international law to
protect them from illegal and unwarranted destruction. We decided that we would be self-funded and would never advertise or ask for donations and
in doing so, we would not have the advertising budgets and revenue streams of the larger environmental groups.
We began with a petition which was delivered to the UK Prime Minister. We wrote to World Leaders, celebrities and politicians requesting their support in
creating the new Law. Copies of the report were included, in the belief that many would act following reading the material - the United Nations had confirmed
the report was 50% correct but could not verify the remainder as it had yet to happen. Whilst our main campaign was ongoing, we also campaigned for the
Monarch butterflies, for action against Indonesian forest fires and supported Guyana's president to protect his rainforests. We ran a campaign called
"Is The Earth Worth The Cost Of A Postage Stamp?" asking our visitors to send letters to their politicians - there were several thousand downloads of our list of
World Leaders but has anything changed?
